Overview

Four connected apps for local food and grocery delivery

The problem

Local delivery means keeping several people in sync in real time: customers who want instant status updates, kitchen staff balancing dine-in and online orders, and riders navigating busy streets.

What I built

One shared real-time backend on Cloud Firestore ties a customer app, a restaurant app, a rider app and an operations dashboard together, so an order moves between all four in seconds — even at the dinner rush.
